Amber Gibson-Mora

Amber Gibson-Mora is a transformational people and operations leader with over 20 years of experience advising CEOs and boards across Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and startups. She currently serves as Chief Equity, People & Culture Officer at the California Charter Schools Association, where she leads initiatives in performance, talent development, equity, and organizational culture for a statewide network supporting more than 600 schools.

Amber has also held senior leadership roles at Nike, The Coca-Cola Company, Kiva, and multiple high-growth technology companies, where she built scalable systems for performance, equity, and culture. She is a Sacramento Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and a frequent speaker on leadership, diversity, and digital transformation. 

Her commitment to Caregiver OneCall’s mission is deeply personal. Amber has seen firsthand the weight and burnout caregivers shoulder through her own family’s journey supporting loved ones with cancer and dementia. She brings her professional expertise, community connections, and passion for advocacy to strengthen resources for caregivers and ensure they never feel alone.
