I have worn many hats in my life: caregiver, support group facilitator, dementia educator, and life coach.
In every role I have held, I have met people stretched to their limits, family caregivers who give endlessly to others yet have no one to turn to when they reach their own breaking point. I have led support groups where the weight of their emotions pours out in tears for the entire hour. I have stood beside caregivers who feel invisible, unprepared, and deeply underappreciated.
I have witnessed the toll - financial, emotional, and physical - that caregiving can take. Even in my own family, I experienced the same. And when I looked for help, most hotlines closed early, programs lacked cultural sensitivity, and there were few real-time resources for the human side of caregiving: the grief, the guilt, and the exhaustion.
So, I started Caregiver OneCall, the 24/7 emotional support line built by and for caregivers. This is more than a service. It is a lifeline. We believe that caregivers deserve care, too. And we are building the safety net we wish we had.

We listen with compassion, understanding both the emotional and physical challenges caregivers face every day.
Caregiving is a demanding role that deserves recognition. We honor the dedication of caregivers and the dignity of those they care for.
We offer reliable guidance, practical resources, and emotional reassurance to caregivers whenever they need it.
We create a safe, connected space where caregivers can share experiences, learn, and find solidarity with others.
We know self-care is difficult for family caregivers, so we empower them to nurture themselves while caring for others.
Integrity drives everything we do. We uphold trust through honesty, transparency, and strict commitment to privacy.
Caregivers are doing lifesaving work every day, yet too many are doing it alone.
