Latrice Roberson

Latrice Roberson is a dedicated social worker with over two decades of experience in hospice care, senior services, and community advocacy. As the Community Liaison for Grace and Glory Hospice, she serves as a vital bridge between families and care teams, guiding them through the hospice process, addressing concerns, and ensuring seamless transitions.

With a background in medical social work and leadership roles in skilled nursing and hospice settings, Latrice has extensive expertise in end-of-life care, patient advocacy, and resource navigation. She is passionate about educating families on the distinctions between hospice, home health, and in-home care while also providing support for those not yet hospice-appropriate.

Beyond direct patient care, Latrice conducts community outreach, in-service training, and partnerships with assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to expand access to compassionate end-of-life support. Her deep commitment to empowering caregivers and families aligns with Caregiver OneCall’s mission to provide critical guidance and support to those navigating the caregiving journey.
