Lisa Richmond brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, technology, media, and market research. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations grow, build strong client and community relationships, and navigate periods of change and opportunity.
Known for her ability to connect people, build trust, and bring diverse stakeholders together around a common goal, Lisa has spent much of her career helping organizations solve complex challenges while creating meaningful, long-term impact.
After relocating to Lincoln, California, Lisa has focused her time on community involvement, healthcare advocacy, and nonprofit leadership. Her connection to the caregiver community is both personal and practical, shaped by living with Multiple Sclerosis, supporting family members through health challenges, and helping care for aging loved ones.
A longtime volunteer, fundraiser, and advocate for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Lisa believes deeply in the power of community, education, and support services to improve lives. She is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Caregiver OneCall and support its mission of ensuring that no caregiver ever feels alone.
Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and is excited to be building new roots in Northern California.
