Nikki K. Lopez is a passionate advocate for caregivers and older adults, dedicated to creating meaningful support systems for those navigating the challenges of caregiving. With a background in corporate leadership, program management, and community service, she brings a wealth of experience to her mission of ensuring caregivers receive the guidance and resources they need.

As the founder of Caring Haven, an award-winning senior care agency, Nikki has firsthand experience addressing the gaps in elder care and the emotional and financial burdens caregivers face. Her work on multiple Contra Costa County boards, including the Advisory Council on Aging, reflects her commitment to systemic change and community advocacy.

A former corporate executive, Nikki transitioned from the boardroom to caregiving after witnessing the struggles of finding quality care for her grandmother. This personal journey fuels her dedication to supporting family caregivers through Caregiver OneCall, ensuring no one feels lost or alone in their caregiving responsibilities.

Nikki is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and also a Notary.
