Meet Our Founder
I have worn many hats throughout my life: caregiver, support group facilitator, dementia educator, and coach.
In every role, I met family caregivers who were doing everything they could for the people they loved, yet had nowhere to turn when they reached their own breaking point.
I listened as caregivers shared their fears, grief, guilt, and exhaustion. I saw the emotional, physical, and financial toll caregiving can take. I experienced it within my own family, too.
When I looked for help, I found a system that often wasn't built for real life. Hotlines closed. Resources were difficult to navigate. Culturally responsive support was limited. Caregivers needed someone to answer when the crisis couldn't wait until morning.
That's why I founded Caregiver OneCall.
We provide free, 24/7 emotional support, caregiver navigation, education, and respite resources because no caregiver should have to face caregiving alone.
Caregivers don't need all the answers at 2 AM. They need to know they don't have to face it alone.
